Download PDF Are you getting the error code 8100030e when trying to sign-in to your msn messenger or windows live messenger?
You can try the following:
Step 1:
Go to Start > Run
Step 2:
Type the followining in the Run dialogue box:
regsvr32 Softpub.dll Mssip32.dll Initpki.dll
And click OK.
You should now be able to sign-in to your msn messemger or windows live messenger.
Regsrv32 is a command-line tool registers .dll files as command components in the registry. More information on the Regsrv32 command can be found here.

I can’t download windows live messenger. It say’s I have to have windows installer 3.1, can u tell me how I get 3.1 download

Its great to see that as soon as I applied the instruction, I got my messenger signed in. I appreciate and grateful to the customer services personnel.
