Download PDF Are you getting the error code 8100030d when trying to sign-in to your msn messenger or windows live messenger?
You can try the following:
Step 1:
Go to Start > Run
Step 2:
Type the followining in the Run dialogue box:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
And click OK.
Step 3:
Again type the followining in the Run dialogue box:
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll Gpkcsp.dll Slbcsp.dll Sccbase.dll
And click OK.
You should now be able to sign-in to your msn messemger or windows live messenger.
Regsrv32 is a command-line tool registers .dll files as command components in the registry. More information on the Regsrv32 command can be found here.

NEED TO FIX ERROR CODE…8100030d
i have tryed EVERYTHING!!!!! and nothing seems to work, I have even deleted and reloaded Windows Live Messenger 8 over and over again, and did all the things thease sites tell me to do and nothing works.
The thing that i dont get is how it will allow me to go onto my account on someone else computer or other user names on windows Xp?, now what is the difference with that.. I WOULD LIKE THIS FIX..id like to be able to communitate with people

I get the message you are not currently connect to the .NET Service on the connection tab in tools options please help I had messasger for ages then lost it for some reason way beyond me HELP HELP as I would like it back how can I connect to the B——- NET service then I have broadband and everything else is working I have downloaded it and reloaded it again but no such luck

When I sign into windows live messenger I get a error code No 800488d I have looked this up I have all the dll components and I also get a delay when I sign in with my users name and password I have to wait till it does them Why is this I ned this FIXED NOW it is just so annoying thank waiting your prompt reply Help

i tried this and it didnt work.. i dont know whats goin on..i can sign in on other peoples computers but i cant sign in on my computer..

Same problem here, other accounts can log in without any problems while mine can not…
I have found a temporary solution… I installed again MSN messenger v.7.5

it still giving me the same error! .. this didnt help. I’ve tried this, i’ve seen it on many other sites but it doesnt seem to help! Please, try to figure out another way to help the other people and i, because it did not work for some of us. Thank you.

I have already done what you are suggesting on here, but my computer has Windows Vista, do I have to do something different? Because this is not working with that ‘Run’ thing. I’m really desperated.
Also, is just not working when I am connected to a Glober Trotter card, for internet wireless, at every other moment or conexion is working.

does not work at all! still back at first error code. it seems that some firewalls just “remember” to negate some specific access (the same live messenger allows me to login with different account but never with a specific one returning always the same error code!)
