Facebook has just launched a new feature which allows you to video chat with your facebook friends.
Do get started you need to visit http://www.facebook.com/videocalling and click on the "Get Started" button.
Simply click on the "Get Started" button and follow instructions. It will require you to download and install a plug-in and once done you will be able video chat with your facebook friends who are online on facebook chat.

Don't worry. You can easily trim (edit, split) out the part of the video you want using a free software called Yamb.
Before starting to trim your .3gp or .mp4 mobile video, you need to download and install Yamb. You can download it directly from here:
Download Yamb-2.1.0.0 beta 2 with installer
Visit the Yumb download site here to grab the latest version.
Download the .3gp or .mp4 video files to your PC from your mobile phone.

Do you need to download, save and convert a YouTube video to your computer for later viewing? I found this little tool that just does the job perfectly.
Though there are tons of software and online tools available to download and save YouTube videos, most of them just stop at downloading the YouTube videos in .flv format. This tutorial will guide you to make sequential thumbnails or screenshots of a video file. Sequential thumbnail means it will autometically take screenshots from a video after some interval and scale them to a smaller size.

Instructions:
1) Download and install all of the free tools listed above.
2) Goto a site (such as Youtube, MySpace, GoogleVideo, iFilm, etc.
