ISP DNS going down is very common in Bangladesh.
How you know your ISP DNS has gone down? And the issue preventing you to suft the net? (not the gateway itself totally gone out... lol.. which is also common ;) )
When your ISP DNS is down, you wont be able to browse with host/domain names. You should get erors like "unable to resolve host" or "could not resolve host name"
In such cases you wont me able to browse/ftp sites with domain names (host names). But using IP address would work.

Do you need to to edit your Windows XP Host file? Need to add custom entries?
Might be very helpfull when your ISP DNS is down or moving host.
Windows XP HOST file is located in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\"
(provided C:\WINDOWS\ is your windows installation directory)
Now open the file "hosts" with WordPad.
(Double click on the file... should come up with "open with" dialogue box. ... choose "WordPad" from the list)
The file should contain the following:
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. ...

Easy step-by-step tutorial on how to record MSN webcam
Didnt you always want to record that *hot web cam session* ;)
ill share with u guys how to do that.
First you will need to download and install a small program called MSN Webcam Recorder
Program home page: MSN WebCam Recorder
Direct Download: Download the program
While installing it will ask you to install winpcap. The installer will handle ti download and install winpcap itself.
Update: The installer fails to download WinPcap (Gives a 404 - Page not found error). Please download WinPcap from here BEFORE running the MSN Webcam Recorder installer.

Well... worry not... u can keep her pic ;) .. well a small one though.
How?
1. Open your contact. (ie. start chatting)
Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. (should be in the middle top section of your keyboard... near the pause/break, del, ins keys)
2. Fire up the "MS Paint" program ( Start > All Programs > Accessorios > Paint )
3. Press "Ctrl+v" (paste) or click "Edit > Paste" (in the Paint program)
4. Now select the "Select Tool" from the left side of the Paint program. ...

Windows Live Messenger is basically in Beta stage and only available to legal beta testers.
Unlike previous once you cant just grab a copy and install. This one give access on per account basis. So if your id or passport is not authorized as beta tester by Microsoft, you cant use it.
However ppl did make their way with it ;) They made a proxy to bypass this part of authentication.
Anyways... here is wht u need and do to try out the WLM ( Windows Live Messenger )
1. Download Windows Live Messenger 8.0.0365 BETA
