I always had the idea Google runs on Apache. But today playing with my Web Server Detection Tool and HTTP Header Checker i noticed www.google.com to return the following HTTP Header:

So.. the web server google is using is GWS/2.1. Which i guess to stand for "Google Web Server".
I couldnt find any trace of it over Google Labs or elsewhere. So couldnt digg up much info on it other than a list of Google server types (from answers.com). ...

Flaws in the software that runs wireless-networking hardware could let an attacker break into a PC over Wi-Fi, security researchers warned Wednesday.
An attacker could gain complete control over a laptop by sending malformed network traffic to a vulnerable computer, David Maynor, a senior researcher at security service provider SecureWorks, said in a presentation at the Black Hat security event here.
Maynor, along with researcher Jon "Johnny Cache" Ellch, showed a video of a successful attack on a MacBook, made by Apple Computer. However, the attack is possible also on other computers, both laptops and desktops, and not just MacBooks, ...

A new feature called "MSN Minic" has been added to Windows Live Messenger (WLM) 8 Beta.
MSN Mimic is to give you the opportunity to pretend to be someone else for fun while you're carrying on a conversation with your buddies.
Daniel, a developer of WLM says it will allow you to play pranks on a new level.
To launch MSN Mimic go to Games or Activities menu in the conversation window and select "MSN Mimic".
That will open an activity window on the right side of the conversation that looks like this:

Launched Bangla Torrents site http://www.TorrentBangla.com/
Targeted to form a torrent based P2P file sharing community in bd and to make bangla music, music videos and movies available as torrents.
So far we had to depend on indian torrent sites for "bangla" resources. Hope TorrentBangla would b able to bring a tiny part of "bangla" back to bangla... our Bangladesh.
The site is tehnically pretty much advanced.
It has its own tracker. ( yes...the 1st bd torrent tracker:D)
uploadedtorrents get autometically posted in forums.
