Users over diffrent forums across the globe with Windows Live Messenger 8.1 are reporting to experience sign-in problems with error code 81000395. Most likely as the build is too much buggy, Microsoft is restricting access to managed beta testes only. Currently the only solution i found is to downgrade to WLM 8.0.0812.
