Connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable. This will bring up the <strong>Microsoft ActiveSync<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>b. On Microsoft ActiveSync, click on the &#8220;<strong>Explore<\/strong>&#8221; button on top.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/microsoft-activesync-explore-button.jpg\" alt=\"Microsoft ActiveSync - Explore Button\" title=\"Microsoft ActiveSync - Explore Button\" width=\"387\" height=\"342\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1062\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/microsoft-activesync-explore-button.jpg 387w, https:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/microsoft-activesync-explore-button-300x265.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>c. Transfer (drag-and-drop) the files to any location on your mobile. You can safely transfer it to your storage card.<\/p>\n<p>d. On your mobile (Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1) go to &#8220;Start > Programs > File Explorer&#8221;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/start-programs-file-explorer.jpg\" alt=\"Windows Mobile File Explorer\" title=\"Windows Mobile File Explorer\" width=\"480\" height=\"800\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1063\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/start-programs-file-explorer.jpg 480w, https:\/\/www.dotcomunderground.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/start-programs-file-explorer-180x300.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>e. Browse to the location where you transferred the EnableRapi.cab file. NOT storage card.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Restart your phone after the installation. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nDownload and install <strong>TF3DHDB3.cab<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--adsense--><br \/>\nDownload TF3DHDB3.cab from here:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rapidshare.com\/files\/218194087\/TF3DHDB3.cab\">Download TF3DHDB3.cab from RapidShare.com<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediafire.com\/download.php?hewglqlggmj\">Download TF3DHDB3.cab from MediaFire.com<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/files.dotcomunderground.com\/TF3DHDB3.cab\">Download TF3DHDB3.cab from dotcomUNDERGROUND.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>After downloading install the .cab file to your phone memory. Follow the same installation process described above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: You MUST install the TF3DHDB3.cab to your phone memory. NOT storage card.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have patience with the installation. It does take time!<\/p>\n<p>After installation your phone will get rebooted and load the HTC TouchFlo 3D.<\/p>\n<p>HTC TouchFlo 3D takes the place of the default windows mobile today screen. While switching XPERIA X1 panels, choose the panel at top left to get back to the TouchFlo 3D screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fixing the broken Camera soft-link:<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter installation you should notice that the Camera soft-link on right does not work.<br \/>\nTo fix it you will need to copy <code>\/Windows\/CameraRunner.exe<\/code> to <code>\/Windows\/camera.exe<\/code> (on phone memory).<br \/>\nYou can first copy the <strong>\/Windows\/CameraRunner.exe<\/strong> to your desktop, then rename it <strong>camera.exe<\/strong> and move the file back to your phone memory to the location <strong>\/Windows\/camera.exe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guys from XDA-Developers has ported the HTC TouchFlo 3D that comes with HTC Windows Mobile devices for the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1.
