Reregister msxml3.dll. To do so follow the steps below that are applicable to your operating system version:<\/p>\n<p>1.a.<strong>Windows Vista<\/strong>:<br \/>\n1.a.i. Click &#8220;Start,&#8221; click &#8220;All Programs,&#8221; click &#8220;Accessories,&#8221; and then right-click &#8220;Command Prompt.&#8221;<br \/>\n1.a.ii. Click &#8220;Run as administrator.&#8221;<br \/>\n1.a.iii. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password or click &#8220;Continue.&#8221;<br \/>\n1.a.iv. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:<br \/>\n   REGSVR32 %windir%\\system32\\msxml3.dll<br \/>\n1.a.v. If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:<br \/>\n   DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\\Windows\\System32\\msxml3.dll is succeeded.<br \/>\n1.a.vi. If this step is not successful, go to step 2.<br \/>\n1.a.vii. If this step succeeds, go to step 3.<\/p>\n<p>1.b. <strong>Windows XP<\/strong>:<br \/>\n1.b.i. Click &#8220;Start,&#8221; click &#8220;Run,&#8221; type the following command, and then click &#8220;OK&#8221;:<br \/>\n   REGSVR32 %windir%\\system32\\msxml3.dll<br \/>\n1.b.ii. If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:<br \/>\n    &#8220;DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\\Windows\\System32\\msxml3.dll is succeeded.&#8221;<br \/>\n1.b.iii.If this step is not successful, go to the next step.<br \/>\n1.b.iv.
