Yahoo Developing Major Overhaul Of Yahoo Mail

Yahoo said that it is developing a new version of its Mail service that has an advanced interface, so as to compete with rich offerings like Gmail. New features will include drag-and-drop for message organization (which requires using one of the du jour programming platforms, like AJAX), a preview pane, and more. Among the new features are drag-and-drop message organization, a preview pane to view e-mails instantly, the ability to search e-mail headers, body and attachments, as well as viewing multiple e-mails in different windows. Microsoft gets hacked again

Password-stealing software planted by hackers was active on Microsoft's popular MSN Web site in South Korea for days before the world's largest software company learned about the break-in and removed the computer code. Police investigators and Microsoft specialists are continuing to search for clues to the culprits behind this week's high-profile computer break-in. More details emerged Friday about the hacking, which targeted subscribers of an online game called "Lineage" that is popular in Asia. We were able to respond very quickly (under 40 minutes) and update the download to 1.5.1.2. You can upgrade by overwriting your old 1.5 files or if you would like to apply the fix manually it is relatively simple: Open the wp-includes/template-functions-category.php file in a text editor like Wordpad.
