Made some changes/updates/modifications in the PHP-Nuke CMS being used on BDPortals web portals.

Changes:
Ad Placement in forums
Fixied “search posts made by this user” in forums user profile
Fixed the location of “attachment quota being used”
Added “inbox quota being used”
Added feature to view topics opened by a user himself
Added links to following features in forums head:

Unanswered Posts
My Topics
