Windows Live Messenger compatible version of Messenger Plus! Messenger Plus! Live 4 is still in beta. Its not available as public beta and only available to selected beta testers.

However this beta has been leaked and a way has been discovered to use it bypassing its beta tester authentication.

Here is how you can use the Messenger Plus! Live 4 Beta

Step 1:
Download the Leaked Messenger Plus! Live 4 Beta.

Download and install it.

Step 2:
a. Open your windows host file.
Location:
Windows XP = C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/ETC/hosts
Windows 2K = C:/WINNT/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/ETC/hosts
Win 98/ME = C:/WINDOWS/hosts

b. At the end of the file add the following:

0.0.0.0 extern.msgplus.net

c. SAVE the file.

Step 3:

Note: Its being said that file being spreaded as Messenger Plus! Live 4 is a virus. But its not that one. Its a genuine leaked beta. I installed and using it myself.
