To find the MAC Address of your iPod Touch or iPhone:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Now scroll down to bottom and you will find “Wi-Fi Address“. This is your MAC Address.

If you use a router, you can use the router’s QoS feature to give your iPod or iPhone higher priority marking it’s MAC Address a high priority.
