After blocking YouTube the (Digital) Bangladesh Government blocks Facebook!
Reason? "...Ban follows arrest of man over 'cartoon' of Hasina, Khaleda"
Update: Faceboook is STILL blocked it Bangladesh. Please raise your voice to unblock facebook.
While facebook remains blocked in Bangladesh, you can still use a proxy site like FacebookProxy.us to access facebook.

The school-going daughter of former film actor Wasim committed suicide at her schoolyard in the city's Gulshan area yesterday.
Police said Bushra Ahmed, 14, a student of class eight of Manarat International School and College, jumped off the fifth floor of her school building at about 12:00noon yesterday and died on the spot.
Quoting the school authorities, Gulshan police said Bushra was caught by her teachers while she was copying in the examination yesterday. The teachers then seized her answer script and took her to the examination controller's room.
