Download Windows Live Messenger 8.0.0562 ( WLM build 562):
Install_Messenger_Beta_562_EN.exe
You need to be a "managed beta-tester" to login. (not invited by a friend)
However ;) you can also use it using LiveConnct 4 ( by koshy john)

Windows Live Messenger is basically in Beta stage and only available to legal beta testers.
Unlike previous once you cant just grab a copy and install. This one give access on per account basis. So if your id or passport is not authorized as beta tester by Microsoft, you cant use it.
However ppl did make their way with it ;) They made a proxy to bypass this part of authentication.
Anyways... here is wht u need and do to try out the WLM ( Windows Live Messenger )
1. Download Windows Live Messenger 8.0.0365 BETA

2. Download LiveConnect v4

What are Sharing Folders?
Sharing Folders will be a new and simple way for you to share personal photos, documents, and files with your Messenger contacts. You will be able to create a Sharing Folder by simply dragging files onto a contact name in Messenger. This will create an exact copy of the files on both you and your contact's computers, and create a Sharing Folder that can be accessed from Messenger, and on the desktop.
