Since I have reviewed the VPN Service offering by StrongVPN a year back, I have been using their Static IP Open VPN.

I have to say their service is just as their name says, Strong! I never had to face any connection issue. If they were to go for maintenance, they have always informed clients on the affected server in advance by email. Though I actually never needed to use the VPN at those times.

Their knowledge base articles are what I have seen to be the most complete in the industry. Need to have your PPTP or Open VPN connect automatically when Windows starts? You will find how to do it on their tutorials. Need to setup your VPN account right on your router? You will get extensive help on their forums.

Over a year, their capacity has been grown more than double. At the time of this writing they have 6929 IPs on 202 Servers in 18 Countries. And they are still maintaining their account limit per server to maintain their quality service. If you go to their server page, you will notice many of their servers say 0 IPs available. Which shows they are not overselling on their servers.
