Bangladesh has introduced Daylight Saving Time (DST) for 2009, starts on June 19th at 11:00.
But you might have noticed that windows only allows you to make DST adjustments only on time zones where DST is available. And unfortunately that is not available on the "(GMT+06:00) Astana, Dhaka" time zone which we use.
This DST Fix will create another time zone as "(GMT+06:00) Dhaka" with the option to adjust DST.
Download and install the Bangladesh DST Fix/Patch from here:

While executing a command in Windows Vista command prompt you might get the error "The requested operation requires elevation."
In my case, I got the error while trying out the ipconfig /flushdns command to clear DNS resolver cache in Windows VISTA.
This is actually part of the User Account Control (UAC) feature of Windows Vista that controls the program execution as normal user, administrator or other user types with different access control. ipconfig is a Windows XP / 2000 / 2003 / Vista command utility that displays all current TCP/IP network configuration values and refreshes Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol DHCP and Domain Name System DNS settings. You can use the same tool to clear out Windows DNS cache. This command has /flushdns switch to flush and reset the contents of the DNS client resolver cache. During DNS troubleshooting, you can use this procedure to discard negative cache entries from the cache, as well as any other entries that have been added dynamically.

Are you unable to install Windows Live Messenger 8.5 Beta (MSN Messenger 8.5)?
Do your installation gets stuck at "Please wait a few moments while we get your computer ready for the installation..." ? The installer disappears and does not continue after this screen?
You can proceed with the following:
Make sure you have "show hidden files" set on your system.
You can set it by going to "View > Folder Options"
And select "Show hidden files and folders"
If you are on Windows Vista, browse to:
C:/ProgramData
And if you are on Windows XP, browse to:
C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data
Now delete the folders WindowsLiveInstaller and WLInstaller. ...
